So I go to edit the preferences file with notepad++ and I search for speedial. The pathway to the PUP is "C:\Users\Vincent\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Preferences". I then decided to manually uninstall the thing. So it doesn't matter how many times I delete it, it still keeps reappearing. Only for it to appear again after another scan. After Malwarebytes detects it, it quarantines it and deletes it. I have tried everything to get rid of this PUP.

Everything that is related to speedial has been deleted through Malwarebytes, MSE, Adwcleaner, combofix, a FRESH WIndows 7 install.
